Mark Todd is a disabled person with 30 years accessibility experience.

He provided all accessibility advice to the London 2012 Games writing their Accessible Transport Plan advising on accessibility to venues, ticketing policy and operations. In recent years he has acted as accessibility expert to Sochi 2014 Winter Games, Rio 2016 and currently advises PyeonChang 2018 Winter Games and Tokyo 2020.
Mark is co-author of the International Paralympic Committee Manual on Accessibility and sits on their Global Accessibility Expert Panel. In recognition of his work, Mark was awarded the British Empire Medal in the 2013 Queen’s New Year’s Honours List.
